Protegy interviews you about how your business actually runs: your work, your team, your tools and where things get stuck. As you answer, it draws a map of your process. When you finish, it delivers a report with that map, a list of improvements ranked by impact, and a step-by-step plan for each one.

As long as your business needs. The interview follows your answers rather than a fixed script, and it spends most of its time on the part that matters: walking through how a piece of work actually gets done. You can stop and come back; your answers are saved. Building the report afterwards can take a few minutes.

Yes. Your data is kept to your account and no other business can see it. We never sell it. The interview is processed by Anthropic's Claude, which does not use it to train its models and deletes it from its systems within 30 days. We may use de-identified information, with your business's identity removed, to improve Protegy; email us and we will leave yours out. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from My Profile.

The analysis is a single payment of $350, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. It covers the interview, your map, every recommendation and the step-by-step plans, and the report stays in your account to revisit.

Tell the interviewer, in your own words: "the driver goes to dispatch first, not the warehouse". The map is rebuilt from what you say. Remap Workflow redraws it straight away from everything said so far.

Places where your process cannot be complete yet, such as a step with nothing after it or a decision with only one answer. The line above the map takes you to those questions; answering them adds the missing steps and can add recommendations.

Yes. Your answers are saved as you go, and the interview picks up where you left off.

Yes, both, from My Profile: Export My Data downloads everything we hold about you, and Delete My Account removes it permanently, along with your login.
